The automatic box folding gluing machine is the strengthened light-duty model and, with single side main transmission structure for steady running and easy maintenance, is now welcomed by the corrugation box making industry. Our machine has a frequency converter for motor control, automatic adjusting speed and saving power, and double-screw bars for adjustment (motor adjustment is optional). Thicker multi-belts are coordinated with motor vibration in the feeder for continuous and accurate feeding paper. Conveyor belts drive via both the upper and lower main transmission. Two assembly of upper and bottom gluing tanks are automatically adjustable up and down, in cross direction adjustment via screw bars (spraying glue device as optional). The automatic box folding gluing machine has human-computer interface and PLC operating system, remote diagnosis system (optional), and remote operating system, photoelectric counter, automatic kick-off paper device, and spraying mark unit. The conveyor table is made of special material, air pressure adjustment, and equipped with a sponge strip. It has a big power servo motor control system. Our machine fits to convert 2-fold, 4-fold crash-lock bottom and 6-corner collapsible carton as well as laminated cardboard.
